Description
Tasting : Light, floral and honeyed muscat notes, this wine seems opulent and yet, on the palate, it is a pure, lively and salivating heart. On the palate, it is long and savory. We find the citron which brings a gentle bitterness, the acidity is present but does not predominate and brings a beautiful tension to the wine. Unusual in its grape varieties, it faithfully reflects the exoticism and sensuality of its terroir!
Food and wine pairings: This fresh and balanced white wine will accompany a monkfish tagine, a Thai curry or more simply tapas as an aperitif.
