Nature – the first Tunisian vintage without added sulfites from Kurubis, an eco-responsible approach to viticulture
Kurubis, sensitive to eco-responsibility and actions in favor of the environment, strives to put its convictions into practice every day. It is in this spirit that we vinified, in this 2022 vintage, the first Tunisian cuvée without added sulfites. Sulfites are of chemical origin and have always been used universally to ensure the protection of wines against oxidation or microbiological constraints. Used in uncontrolled doses, they are an unfavorable factor for health. We are very scrupulous about this, and have used them sparingly and cautiously from the beginning, in the interest of everyone.
With the evolution of technology, very precise specifications, strict hygiene standards, and carefully selected raw materials, we have a magnificent vintage available for you soon. It is composed mainly of Merlot but also of Syrah.

Fresh and candied richness.
The nose reveals the lively freshness of notes of licorice and zan. Blackcurrant, sloe,
sap, violet and vanilla.
The tonic mouth combines roundness in a balanced proportion and a fleshy touch. sap, violet and vanilla.
The very explicit "nature" label was retained. There's no need to emphasize the very careful presentation of this wine.
