Description
Tasting : Our Kaprice is black, peppery and structured, the Syrah is well-defined on the nose. The wine is dense, aromatic, warm with a delicate structure on the palate. Tannic but not very acidic, this wine is therefore suitable for aging. The Syrah exudes with grace, fruity scents of red and black fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, blueberry, blackberry and floral scents of violet and even spices like pepper, licorice and menthol.
Food and wine pairings : A wine for dishes with character, sweet and savory Asian sauces will pair well with the wine's dark fruits. Duck, Japanese-style fried fish, Indian cuisine with tandoori chicken. Or simply slow-cooked meat, a leg of lamb, and all kinds of game.
