A pure pleasure, bright garnet with intense aromas of black fruits and surprisingly refreshing floral notes, even a touch of violet and licorice! On the palate, this wine offers a supple and surprisingly velvety structure that allows for a pleasant aromatic persistence on the palate. A true summer red that we can refresh without damaging its tannic structure by making them drying.

Food and wine pairings: Perfect as an aperitif and with any kind of red meat, a vitello tonnato would be ideal!
